Job summary

Citi is hiring an AI Security Specialist to join the Chief Information Security Office. You will tackle AI-driven vulnerability management, security architecture for AI deployments, and defense of agentic AI footprints across Citi's global platforms.

You will work with teams across offensive security, SecOps, and AI services to secure enterprise-scale AI implementations. The role emphasizes hands-on security engineering, threat modeling, and building containment and monitoring for AI agents,

Qualifications

• Strong record of technical leadership and architecture on complex, novel systems (from ad).
• Deep expertise building and scaling agentic/LLM systems with rigorous evaluation and guardrails.
• Demonstrated depth across offensive security and detection/SecOps.
• Advanced certs (OSWE, OSCE) or recognized AppSec/detection contributions (nice to have).
• Experience defining AI governance/model-evaluation frameworks and addressing AI-security threats (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Work on AI security challenges across four Citi CISO teams.
• Contribute to AI-driven vulnerability management and remediation pipelines.
• Help design security architecture for AI deployments and governance frameworks.
• Support cyber security operations and threat detection for AI-enabled systems.
