Job summary

StarCompliance, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced AI Quality Engineering Lead to drive automation-first quality across our global engineering organization.

This role focuses on AI-assisted testing, agentic engineering, and scalable quality across cloud-native and legacy platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product, and Release Management to embed quality throughout the SDLC and enable continuous delivery, not a traditional QA manager position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QE or SDET with automation and testing experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or testing workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity with observability, telemetry and production monitoring.
• Experience in SaaS or regulated software environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI-assisted testing tools and agentic engineering workflows.
• Design and implement autonomous testing agents.
• Develop best practices for AI-generated testing and automated quality analysis.
• Enable teams to embed AI-driven quality practices into delivery.
• Own release quality strategy across products and services.
• Build scalable end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
• Improve release confidence through automation and telemetry.
• Mentor engineers in automation and AI-assisted testing.
• Define quality metrics aligned to outcomes.
• Build dashboards for release health and platform performance.
