Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking an Automation QA Lead in the United Kingdom. The role is hybrid with three days in the London office.

You will lead the design and upkeep of scalable test automation frameworks, mentor engineers, and align automation initiatives with business goals across mobile, web, and API platforms. You will drive tool evaluation, integrate automation into cloud CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with QA, Dev, and leadership to raise quality bar and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Support the Test Automation Manager in defining strategic roadmaps for automation projects.
• Collaborate with QA, leadership, and Development to align automation strategies.
• Mentor a team of test automation engineers and drive technical direction.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation architecture, tooling, and coding standards.
• Perform code and build reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
• Produce documentation and diagrams to communicate automation strategies.
• Manage automation infrastructure including on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Lead knowledge-sharing through workshops and demos.
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and trends.
