Job summary

Flutter Entertainment Plc is seeking an AI Engineer focused on Prototyping & Emerging Tech within the Frontier R&D team in the UK&I. You will rapidly turn ideas into working software and prototype across ML systems, API integrations, and generative AI-driven tooling.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, leveraging cloud platforms and modern ML frameworks to explore new tech with real business impact in betting and gaming.

Qualifications

• Experience building rapid prototypes across diverse tech domains.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Daily use of generative AI coding assistants and tools.
• Proven ability to deliver working prototypes quickly with minimal specs.
• Experience with API development and RESTful integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly building functional prototypes across technology domains including ML systems and API integrations.
• Leveraging generative AI coding assistants to maximise development velocity.
• Developing proof-of-concept apps demonstrating potential of emerging tech for betting and gaming.
• Building automated pipelines for content generation, data processing, and system integration.
• Integrating with third-party APIs and services to create novel product experiences.
• Implementing ML models and neural networks for experimental applications.
• Deploying prototypes to internal demo environments for stakeholder evaluation.
• Collaborating with researchers on technical feasibility assessments.
• Contributing to technical presentations and prototype documentation.
