Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an AI Program Manager to partner with the Global VP of Revenue Growth, driving program management and leading the adoption of AI across the organisation.

You will own the operating cadence, build decks, pull data, and craft narratives for leadership updates while coordinating with RevOps, engineering, and functional leads to launch AI agents that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years in program/project management or similar supporting a senior leader.
• Strong analytical skills to pull, interpret and present metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents or quick learning ability.
• Excellent communication and deck-building for senior audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced env.
• Self-motivated with bias for action in a newly created role.

Responsibilities

• Executive Program Management: partner with the VP to manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Offsite & Leadership Reporting: pull data and build decks for offsites and leadership reviews.
• Lead AI Initiatives: own the roadmap for AI adoption across the organisation.
• Cross-Functional Agent Launches: scope, pilot, and launch AI agents with RevOps and IT.
• Insights & Narrative Building: translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Change Management: drive adoption of new AI tools across teams.
