Job summary

Everson Recruitment is seeking an AI Program Manager to report to the Global VP of Revenue Growth. You will own the operating cadence, build decks, pull data, and craft narratives for leadership updates and business reviews.

You will also lead AI initiatives across the VP’s organisation, working with revenue, operations, and technical teams to pilot and launch AI agents that improve efficiency and free capacity for higher-value work.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or chief-of-staff-type roles.
• Strong analytical skills for pulling and presenting business metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a quick learner with AI concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, tracking milestones and risks.
• Create decks and materials for offsites, QBRs, and leadership reviews.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives within the VP's organisation and identify opportunities for automation.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with RevOps, engineering/IT, and functional leads to deploy AI agents.
• Translate data insights into clear business recommendations for leadership.
• Drive change management, including training and communication to maximise adoption.
