Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Strong Python and ML library expertise.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Delivery Leadership: own operational running of AI delivery workstreams and alignment with priorities.
• Project Management: own technical delivery from concept through production with security and scalability in mind.
• Technical Oversight & Contribution: provide guidance on design, model selection, and architecture.
• Review code and outputs; contribute hands-on Python when needed during critical phases.
• Support Generative AI solutions including RAG architectures and Azure OpenAI services.
• Ensure robust MLOps practices: versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring.
