Job summary

King’s College London is seeking a Manager for the UKRI CDT in Safe and Trusted Artificial Intelligence. This internal secondment opportunity supports governance, budgeting and delivery of complex research‑training programmes in London.

The role requires experience in postgraduate research administration, stakeholder engagement, and strong analytical skills, with responsibility for coordinating across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria include a first degree and demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload with deadlines.
• Experience of building relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently managing operational processes, identifying improvements and resolving issues.
• Experience of programme governance and project management in higher education or research.
• Experience and confidence in handling multiple, complex budgets with strong numeracy.
• Knowledge of postgraduate research administration, funding, doctoral training programmes, studentships and UKRI activity.
