Job summary

Northern Trust, United Kingdom, seeks a Programme Manager to lead the integrated delivery of complex programmes, including AI, automation and emerging technologies. You will establish the programme structure, roadmap, governance arrangements and provide clear oversight of outcomes, dependencies, risks, resources, costs and decisions.

This generalist role may lead other strategic, regulatory, product, data and operational-change programmes as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience leading programmes comprising multiple projects, workstreams or delivery teams.
Strong planning, governance and dependency-management capability.
Experience managing risks, resources and executive reporting.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Establish the programme structure, governance model and delivery cadence.
Translate strategic objectives into an integrated programme roadmap and plan.
Coordinate stakeholder groups across business, product, technology, operations and control functions.
Monitor progress against milestones, dependencies and delivery gates.
Prepare executive updates and governance materials.
