Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and enterprise transformations.
Lead major IT initiatives, manage multiple priorities, establish timelines and accountability, and deliver on time and within budget.
Deep experience with cloud technologies, including data center to cloud migrations.
Plan and manage cross-functional teams, offshore resources, and client stakeholders to achieve transformation goals.
Oversee infrastructure aspects: virtualization, Azure cloud services, compute, storage, and networking.
Establish governance frameworks and produce regular project status reports for leadership.
