You will translate requirements into clear plans, coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams, and manage risks to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to build integrated plans, align dependencies, and ensure lightweight governance.

Competenze

• Five+ years of experience delivering complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Ability to build integrated program plans with scope, milestones, dependencies and resourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Proven delivery risk identification, escalation, and contingency planning.
• Experience using approved workplace automation and AI tools with outputs validated before adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates and decision logs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex objectives into sequenced deliverables.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies with engineering, product, and business partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans including resourcing, timelines, critical path, and inter-team dependencies.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints early, and implement mitigation and contingency actions.
• Lead program governance and executive-ready reporting with clear status, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Apply approved automation and AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs before use.
• Measure program performance using agreed metrics and data-driven improvements to increase efficiency.
• Champion modern delivery practices and continuous improvement across teams and workstreams.
