One of our clients is currently seeking a AI Product Owner to join their dynamic team on an initial 3-month contract. This role is 90% remote with limited travel required to the Netherlands.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the telecommunications or entertainment industry.
2. Demonstrable experience improving existing products with AI technologies — particularly NLP, chatbots, voice assistants, and contact centre automation.
3. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of customer support.
4. Familiarity with case studies or past implementations of automation in contact centres using AI.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
7. Business-first mindset with a passion for delivering measurable impact.
