Brunswick is seeking an AI Product Manager to join our AI Lab in London and help identify, design and scale proprietary AI products that enhance how we work and advise clients.

You will own product management across the AI Lab's portfolio, partnering with AI Engineers to translate business problems into clear product propositions, prioritising user value, governance and responsible AI. The role requires strong discovery, collaboration and technical fluency.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital/software/AI-enabled products.
• Experience taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong discovery skills to uncover real user needs and challenge assumptions.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements for technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and shape opportunities for new proprietary AI products and capabilities across Brunswick.
• Lead product discovery, understand user and business needs, define opportunities and test ideas.
• Turn ideas into clear product concepts, user journeys, requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers through design and development, balancing value, speed and complexity.
• Own and prioritise the roadmap across the AI Lab's portfolio.
• Run rapid pilots and user testing, using feedback to decide scale or stop.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security and responsible AI are embedded from the start.
• Develop reusable capabilities that scale across Brunswick rather than solving same problems repeatedly.
• Build relationships across Brunswick, translating between business needs and technical possibilities.
• Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities for new products or improved workflows.
