Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product development.
• Experience leading end-to-end product work, scoping, shipping, and iterating, in partnership with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences alike.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native products, agent tooling, or LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Build Best-in-Class AI Agents – Partner with engineering to design agent behaviors and capabilities that are robust and adaptable.
• Deeply Understand Customers – Collaborate directly with end users and stakeholders to uncover needs and shape solutions.
• Drive Implementation – Lead scoping, launch, and iteration of agent-driven workflows balancing speed, stability, and craft.
• Communicate with Clarity – Translate technical concepts into clear narratives for executives and internal teams.
• Influence the Product Roadmap – Identify patterns across customers and contribute to platform direction.
• Be a Strategic Partner – Act as a trusted thought partner to customers deploying and evolving agent experiences.
