Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production-grade systems or infrastructure.
• Strong product instincts and an eye for detail.
• Comfort working across the stack—or deep experience in one part of it.

Responsibilities

• Design primitives for steerable, reliable AI agents that evolve with LLMs.
• Build contextual retrieval systems that respond with nuance and accuracy.
• Define how we evaluate agent quality, and how we help customers do the same.
• Develop no-code tools for non-technical users to manage agents.
• Create lifelike voice interfaces that feel natural, not robotic.
• Craft a new agent development lifecycle embracing iteration and learning from production.
