Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an AI Product Lead for a 12‑month fixed-term contract in Warwick. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and performance of employee-facing AI agents, driving adoption across HR, Finance, Procurement and IT.

The role requires extensive product management experience with AI-enabled products, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements. Daily rate £700-£900, Inside IR35, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital or AI-enabled products through lifecycle.
• Strong backlog prioritisation and outcome tracking.
• Translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AI chat and automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and prioritisation for the AI-powered employee front door and associated AI agents.
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with EEEDA standards.
• Craft intuitive AI agent experiences and establish fallback and escalation processes for human intervention.
