Incubator for AI, i.AI in London is seeking a Performance Analyst to work across the incubator on analytical questions from scoping to impact evaluation. You will estimate benefits of AI tools, model how wider AI adoption affects public services, and support product teams with evaluation design and metrics.

You will work with experienced evaluators, engineers and policy colleagues, expanding skills in impact evaluation, modelling and appraisal while delivering clear insights to non-specialist

Qualificações

• Experience of quantitative analysis gained through work or study.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to structure ambiguous problems.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and research design.
• Proficient in Python or R.
• Ability to explain analysis and its uncertainties to non-specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate potential benefits of candidate AI tools and inform product decisions.
• Address open-ended analytical questions, modelling changes in demand on public services.
• Quantify impact of products, collaborating on model and impact evaluations.
• Monitor evaluation and performance metrics across the incubator portfolio.
• Develop theories of change and identify key metrics to track.
• Support spending review submissions by gathering and QA figures.
