Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint platforms including forensics, EDR/SIEM, and incident response systems.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security principles.
• Experience building SOC workflows and integrating security tools in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to automate using scripting and integrate security technologies in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and execute in complex, fast-paced enterprise settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and customer teams to support innovation and execution.
• Coordinate and lead multi-departmental projects to drive alignment and deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Managers to provide feedback based on customer needs, field insights, and product gaps.
• Drive cloud-native security innovation for the modern SOC by identifying high-value use cases.
• Design and deliver technical content for cloud security platforms, including integrations, guides, and automation.
• Create high-quality enablement materials to help customers and partners adopt, integrate, and scale security solutions.
