Job summary

Webexpenses is seeking a Product Manager to own key parts of our Spend Management products. You will work with engineering, design, sales and customer success to define the product vision, roadmap and requirements, delivering high-quality features that meet customer needs.

AI is embedded in our product workflow, and you will apply AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping and analysis, shaping the future of spend management for UK clients.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and roadmap execution — translate the product vision into actionable strategies, prioritise solutions with stakeholders, and manage delivery against strategic objectives.
• User research and requirements gathering — run market research, competitive analysis and user interviews, using AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis and early-stage prototyping.
• Feature prioritisation and agile delivery — assess solutions on business value, user impact, usability and feasibility, and participate in agile ceremonies to keep development moving smoothly.
• Product launch and go-to-market — work with marketing, sales and customer experience to shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, sales collateral and training materials.
• Performance monitoring and optimisation — define KPIs, analyse engagement data and customer feedback, and iterate through A/B testing and data-driven insight.
