Job summary

Perk is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Spend ecosystem within Travel & Spend. You’ll identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and lead execution with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end expense management experiences.

You’ll work with customers, stakeholders, and lean squads to merge travel and expenses, drive AI-enabled improvements, and navigate ambiguity to deliver scalable, delightful financial workflows for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams in SaaS/fintech environments.
• Strong user empathy and ability to map end-to-end expense lifecycle.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility.
