Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions seeks a Transactional / Financial Data / Agentic AI Product Manager to join our global Professional Services team in Central London. You will split time between our Central London office and flexible remote work, coordinating across multiple development teams and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities include consolidating three products into one, growing data sets, and guiding AI-enabled decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Product Manager in a global environment.
• “Agentic AI” product experience and AI/ML familiarity preferred.
• Experience communicating with third-party suppliers.
• Ability to work beyond standard 9am-5pm hours.
• Knowledge of digital products and software development.

Job description

Salary: £100,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a complex, professional global environment
• Consulting experience with transactional-type business models
• AI experience, preferably with launched Agentic AI related products, with proven examples
• Familiarity with AI/ML or data extraction such as NLP preferred
• Understanding of how to set up AI agents
• Experience communicating with 3rd party suppliers and getting the best out of them
• Global experience and willingness to work outside a standard 9am to 5pm structure
• Strong passion for new technologies
• Knowledge of developing, analysing and designing digital products and software applications
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Agile
• Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication and collaboration technologies
• Effective teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity
• Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills
• Experience from a heavily regulated environment such as Accounting, Financial Services, Fintech, Legal or Assurance is essential
