Job summary

ElevenLabs is scaling its global procurement function to manage AI infrastructure, cloud spend, and vendor contracts across borders. The role focuses on building simple, AI-enabled procurement workflows that reduce vendor sprawl and improve term clarity.

You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, and business leads across US and EU time zones, driving faster, smarter sourcing and renewals in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in tech, SaaS, AI, cloud, or high-growth settings.
• Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud/infrastructure commitments, and services.
• AI-native working style with active use of AI tools to improve sourcing, analysis, renewal tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to build simple procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting.
• Ability to work across US and European time zones with cross-functional partners.
• Bonus: experience with AI infrastructure, developer tooling, or related domains.
• Experience supporting audit-readiness, SOX-readiness, IPO-readiness, or global procurement operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and own procurement workflows to reduce vendor sprawl and renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, GTM, and business owners.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, renewal tracking, contract review and reporting.
• Create simple, scalable spend processes to support rapid growth without friction.
