Job summary

Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group in London seeks a Technical Leader to drive architectural vision and implement an AI-powered Production Intelligence platform. You will blend Site Reliability Engineering with agentic AI to improve monitoring, incident response, and auto-remediation across global SaaS infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven record as Technical Lead or Lead SRE delivering distributed, high-availability SaaS platforms at scale.
Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++ and design of microservices and production automation.

Responsibilities

Define the technical roadmap and architecture for AI-assisted observability and self-healing cloud infrastructure.
Design and build AI agents, MCP tooling, and automated decision pipelines for proactive ops.
Architect ingestion and correlation pipelines across logs, metrics, traces, and events to accelerate MTTD/MTTR.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and drive best practices across global teams.
