Rolls-Royce is seeking a Specialist, Learning Experience Design in Derby with hybrid working. You will design and develop engaging digital learning experiences using AI-powered tools and modern authoring platforms to help colleagues build skills for the future.

Apply instructional design principles to ensure practical, just-in-time learning that is accessible and aligned with brand standards. You will support and coach content creators across the business and help evolve our learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design modern, engaging digital learning content.
• Experience creating digital experiences or content in learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences (e-learning, microlearning, video-based learning, toolkits) that help colleagues grow.
• Own small to medium learning solutions end-to-end from idea to launch and improvement.
• Use AI-powered tools and authoring platforms to create high-quality learning at speed.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles so solutions are pragmatic and actionable.
• Ensure outputs meet design, brand, accessibility and technical standards through reviews.
• Shape learner experience on intranet and Workday Learning with clear structure and navigation.
• Coach Sana creators and Leatro Engine Room editors, onboarding new editors.
• Use feedback and data to refine learning experiences and tools.
