Job summary

Stealth - AI x Bio is hiring an entry-level Inventory & Purchasing Associate in London. You will manage daily consumables purchasing, receive deliveries, and keep stock records accurate with guidance from your manager and laboratory colleagues.

You will work with software engineers to shape inventory tools, learn AI-assisted workflows, and organize stock using defined bin locations while ensuring budgets and approvals are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory, purchasing, goods receipt, logistics or laboratory operations.
• Careful record-keeping and organised approach to deliveries and actions.
• Willingness to learn AI-enabled workflows and how to use software to improve routines.
• Clear communication with suppliers and colleagues about operational problems to software developers.

Responsibilities
