Job summary

Harnham is hiring to create a new R&D function focused on AI-enabled product development. You will own frontend-led full-stack engineering, building user-facing applications and AI-powered workflows for knowledge workers.

Key responsibilities include building modern applications with TypeScript, React and Next.js, developing AI-assisted experiences, reusable design systems, and API integrations using Node.js/Python with Azure deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-grade frontend and backend features.
• Experience with AI-enabled search, retrieval or document processing.
• Strong React experience with Next.js.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend-led full-stack product engineering for business-critical use cases.
• Build modern applications using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Develop AI-assisted experiences including search, retrieval, document review and decision-support workflows.
• Create reusable component libraries and scalable design systems.
• Develop APIs and integrations using Node.js and Python, in Azure environments.
