Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the Customer Experience Engineering team. You will work on intelligent conversational and discovery tools, delivering features across web and mobile using React/Vue, Java, and AWS.

You’ll own features end-to-end and collaborate with global teams, applying AI capabilities to improve customer experiences. The role requires at least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, strong HTML/CSS, and a solid grounding in AWS

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Equivalent practical engineering experience will be considered.
At least 3 years’ professional software engineering experience across full-stack, frontend or backend development.

Responsibilities

Builds intelligent, customer-facing conversational and discovery experiences at global scale.
Creates backend-for-frontend services and scalable Java-based web services.
Designs, builds and integrates REST and GraphQL APIs.
Uses AI agents to accelerate engineering delivery and introduce AI capabilities into products.
Translates product requirements into technical intents and acceptance criteria.
Reviews, tests and refines agent-generated code for quality and maintainability.
Deploys production services using an AWS stack.
Takes end-to-end ownership of features from design to release.
Collaborates with engineers, product partners and stakeholders across locations.
