Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a Full-Stack Technical AI Lead to head up engineering for a high-growth AI spin-out backed by an established enterprise business in Manchester. You will shape software architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor a development team while staying hands-on across the full stack.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Tech Lead or Senior.
• Strong hands-on engineering capability across the stack.
• Demonstrated track record taking complex systems into production and managing cloud architecture (Azure preferred).
• Solid understanding of software design, API development, and data integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable in client-facing environments.
• Experience with building AI products, NLP, LLMs.
• Experience leading and scaling high performing engineering teams.
