Job summary

Lightsource bp is hiring an AI Platforms Engineer to roll out and administer our enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll support pilots, train users, and manage behind‑the‑scenes administration while growing into a senior platforms role as the function expands.

You will gain hands‑on experience with governance, enablement, and Low‑Code tooling, contributing to our enterprise AI strategy across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT/platform engineering or enterprise SaaS administration.
• Hands-on MS 365 administration, licensing, provisioning and config.
• Experience delivering pilots, training and post‑deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) across the business.
• Handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, licensing, provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Create training materials and run sessions like 'lunch and learn'.
• Maintain docs, FAQs and knowledge content for AI platforms.
• Track adoption data and report insights to the team.
• Escalate platform issues to senior or specialist teams when needed.
• Collaborate with Information Protection on content readiness and labels.
• Get exposure to Cortex-based AI platform and support early users.
• Keep up with platform roadmaps and surface new features.
• Build small Low‑Code solutions when helpful.
