Job summary

Real Technical Solutions is seeking a Microsoft AI & Automation Platform Engineer to own and govern a large enterprise automation ecosystem. The role focuses on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365 and Intelligent Automation platforms, with hybrid work and enterprise-scale responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will shape platform strategy, establish governance standards, and ensure secure, scalable deployment of AI and automation technologies across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Security knowledge: DLP, RBAC, Purview.
• Ability to manage enterprise environments (performance, resilience, support).

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365) ensuring security and scalability.
• Define standards, governance and improve performance across automation and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to rollout Copilot-driven solutions.
• Provide strategic input on platform strategy and long-term governance.
