Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Partner Technical Enablement specialist to build scalable enablement assets, deliver training, and maintain a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering. You’ll lead technical workshops, demos, and reference implementations, and represent Mistral at partner and industry events to drive adoption of AI solutions.

This role requires experience with SI ecosystems, strong Python or TypeScript skills, and a track record of creating high‑quality technical content.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems integrators or technology ecosystems, including at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience building scalable partner enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Proven ability to lead hands-on technical sessions and workshops.
• Ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations for partners.
• Experience creating high-quality technical content across formats (written, video, audio).
• Proven success driving partner technical engagement and adoption.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high-quality reusable assets: demos, reference architectures, and partner-adaptable pilots.
• Develop and deliver training materials for our Partner training platform.
• Drive enablement at scale across partner channels via training, conference sessions, and certification programs.
• Represent Mistral AI at partner, customer, and industry events, including executive briefings and conferences.
• Lead or support partner-focused technical workshops, hackathons, and community events that drive adoption of Mistral AI solutions.
• Provide feedback to GTM, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
