Qualifications

• Significant product management experience with leadership of product teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing complex enterprise software portfolios with hardware and digital integrations.
• Strong understanding of agile product development principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate hands-on with engineering and technical teams to bring products to market.
• Understanding of corporate real estate, workplace management, and the role of workplace technology in enhancing occupant experiences; experience building native mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OpenBlue Workplace Experience portfolio, including hardware solutions.
• Lead the transformation into an AI-native platform, leveraging AI to create intelligent, proactive workplace experiences.
• Drive portfolio performance, prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap execution across Product Management and Engineering.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and commercial teams to understand market trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Commercial teams to launch and scale solutions, including enablement, marketing, customer success, and delivery strategies.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession.
