Qualifications

• Significant product management experience, including leadership of product teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing complex enterprise software portfolios, including hardware and digital technologies.
• Strong understanding of agile product development principles and practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate hands-on with engineering and technical teams to bring products to market.
• Understanding of corporate real estate, workplace management, and workplace technology impact on outcomes.
• Proven experience building native mobile apps and best-in-class digital experiences.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated capability to identify market opportunities and customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for OpenBlue Workplace Experience portfolio.
• Lead transformation into an AI-native platform leveraging agentic AI for better experiences.
• Provide strategic oversight of prioritization, backlog, and roadmap execution across teams.
• Lead Customer Advisory Board to shape opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, AI and Quality to deliver value and successful releases.
