You will analyse complex problems, design scalable backends, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams. This role emphasizes engineering excellence, customer value and responsible AI, with hybrid work options to support diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade AI-native applications.
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Go and modern backend development.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve modern enterprise software within the Enterprise Asset Management team.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Deliver scalable software with a focus on engineering excellence, customer value and responsible AI practices.
