United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an AI-native builder to accelerate how teams work using AI-driven agents, automations, and workflows. You will identify high-leverage areas across Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, and Talent, diagnose bottlenecks, and ship AI-native solutions that transform daily operations.

We value data-driven decision making, rapid learning, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage workflows across non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent) and ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates.
• Set the bar for AI-native operating standards across the company: define good practices, tools, and expected workflows in six months.
• Decide what to build in-house vs. what to buy and turn learnings into reusable patterns.
