Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Accenture, is seeking an AI Engineer (Software) to design, build, and ship production-grade software across the full stack. You will utilize AI-assisted tooling daily and work on real client programs integrating agentic AI systems, with a clear path toward advanced engineer tracks.

You will connect AI pipelines with full-stack interfaces, contribute to reusable components, and operate within Agile sprint cycles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI tools and calling LLM APIs in production code.
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agentic/LLM architectures and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding assistants daily to improve productivity and quality.
• Integrate LLM APIs into production applications.
• Apply AI across the full software delivery lifecycle (tests, debugging, reviews).
• Own end-to-end delivery in Agile sprints with client teams.
• Contribute to internal AI tooling standards.
