You will work directly with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and build reusable patterns and accelerators that scale beyond individual engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive production-grade AI systems experience.
• Experience with multi-agent architectures in production.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM APIs in production code.
• Strong Python and Java backend development skills.
• Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic systems end-to-end.
• Build and own RAG pipelines and vector search.
• Integrate across LLM providers with cost and latency management.
• Implement LLMOps in production with eval harnesses and observability.
• Embed with client engineering teams through workshops and architecture walkthroughs.
• Build reusable patterns and accelerators for future engagements.
• Define and use metrics for agent accuracy, latency and cost-effectiveness.
