Job summary

Deutsche Bank is offering a UK Quant Internship in London to develop skills through formal training and hands-on projects. You will work on data-driven AI solutions for Front Office teams, gaining real experience with quantitative research in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with senior colleagues, learn through on‑the‑job experiences, and contribute to practical outcomes. Eligible candidates are postgraduate quantitative specialists starting in May–June 2027 for 18 weeks.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate MSc or PhD in a quantitative subject such as mathematics, engineering, physics, economics or finance.
• Outstanding academic achievement and ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
• Strong grounding in ML/AI models, with NLP experience.
• Ability to break down complex business problems with a range of models and techniques.
• Strong quantitative skills: statistics, probability theory, optimisation, linear algebra.
• Good Python and ML ecosystem skills; lower‑level languages bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven AI solutions for Front Office teams and related groups.
