Job summary

The program starts with intensive training on macro markets, Excel, Python, and AI tools, plus mentoring and exposure to multi-strategy hedge fund practices.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year undergraduate or 1st year master's or PhD student, expected to graduate before July 2028.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative, problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest and passion for financial markets, trading, and financial products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines to extract and analyze data and support research.
• Develop models and trading signals for decision-making.
• Support front-office decision-making and analytics.
• Integrate AI into analytical systems and build AI-powered tools using LLMs and agent workflows.
• Contribute to core analytics library used by Quants and PMs for research and risk management.
