R&B Switchgear Services Ltd in the UK is seeking an Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Engineer (KTP Associate) to develop and embed advanced AI capabilities that transform how it interprets technical documentation and delivers engineering projects.

The project will create multimodal AI systems capable of reading drawings and text, providing explainable, secure AI deployment within regulated environments and improving estimation workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a 2.1 BEng/BSc in CS/AI/DS/ML or related field.
• Experience applying ML techniques to real-world problems.
• Background in computer vision, NLP and LLMs.
• Experience developing, testing and deploying ML models.

Responsabilités

• Develop secure AI system reading/interpreting SLDs and converting to BOMs and costed quotations.
• Combine CV, NLP and LLMs into multimodal reasoning engine with explainability and secure deployment.
