Job summary

Akkodis is recruiting two AI/ML Engineers to design, develop and deploy secure AI solutions for autonomous and mission-critical systems across the UK. The role offers hybrid working and active SC clearance is required.

You will work on the full AI lifecycle from concept through deployment, delivering high-value programmes in defence and safety-critical environments, with strong emphasis on responsible AI and cyber security.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and LLMs.
• Experience with autonomous technologies and ROS 2.
• Experience taking solutions from concept to deployment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud technologies and MLOps.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits

Locations: Bristol, Cheadle (Stockport), Glasgow, Reading or Crawley

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

Akkodis is currently recruiting for two experienced AI/ML Engineers to design, develop and deploy secure AI solutions for autonomous and mission-critical systems.

The Role

You will work across the full AI lifecycle from concept through deployment, helping deliver high-value AI programmes within defence and other safety-critical environments.
