Job summary

Mishcon de Reya LLP is seeking a Practice Transformation Manager to drive the firm’s AI and legal technology strategy across practice groups. You will shape opportunities, partner with Partners, Fee Earners, Knowledge Lawyers, and Technologists, and lead adoption with measurable value for productivity, profitability and client experience.

You will design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, manage governance, and build scalable, repeatable solutions that transform how the firm works while

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading legal transformation or technology-enabled change.
• Strong understanding of legal service delivery and matter workflows.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measure benefits.
• Experience with AI governance, data protection and information security.
• Experience collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma or Agile qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's practice-facing AI transformation agenda and adoption of Legora and other approved tools.
• Translate AI strategy into a prioritised roadmap aligned to priorities and capacity.
• Mobilise AI Champion networks and governance groups with clear objectives and decision routes.
• Drive value through targeted engagement, use cases, training and reinforcement.
• Define workstreams, milestones and stakeholder plans with project governance as needed.
• Collaborate with Academy, Knowledge Lawyers and tech teams to deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure transformation addresses process, people, data, technology, risk and behavioral change.
