Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an IC3 (Practitioner) Knowledge Architect to enhance internal documentation for Product and Engineering teams. You will craft systems docs, runbooks, and onboarding content, collaborating with engineers to capture knowledge and ensure it is findable within our CMS and Confluence structure.

You will work under the Staff Knowledge Architect, handle intake requests from scoping to publication, and maintain knowledge assets across multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and maintaining internal technical documentation for a technical audience (systems docs, runbooks, workflows).
• Proven ability to interview engineers or SMEs and convert to published docs.
• Experience owning content in Confluence or similar, with page structure, navigation, labeling, and templates.
• Ability to apply a documentation style guide consistently and use AI tools to scale output.
• Experience auditing documentation estates and remediating gaps in accuracy or discoverability.
• Experience managing a request queue in Jira or similar and delivering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain internal technical documentation for Product and Engineering teams (systems docs, workflows, runbooks, guides).
• Build onboarding content for department and team spaces and backfill coverage for underserved teams.
• Collaborate with engineers/SMEs to capture undocumented knowledge and convert it into publishable material.
• Maintain Confluence space structure, navigation, labeling, and content lifecycle.
• Support KA hubs (e.g., AI Developer Tools Hub) and respond to intake requests from scoping to publication.
• Run audits of the KA estate for accuracy, coverage, and discoverability and remediate gaps.
