Qualifications

• Significant leadership across innovation, AI, digital transformation and adopting emerging technologies.
• Experience identifying and scaling AI and innovation initiatives within complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, intelligent automation, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience delivering transformation outcomes with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and external ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI and innovation strategy aligned to priorities.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise high-value AI and digital opportunities.
• Drive adoption of practical AI capabilities to boost productivity and value.
• Build relationships with AI vendors, startups, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop roadmaps, pilots and investment cases for scalable experimentation.
• Lead the Innovation Labs to enable rapid validation of new ideas.
• Governance, risk and compliance in AI and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and engineering to embed AI in workflows.
