Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to help train and evaluate AI security models. You will analyse IAM, SSO and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, and provide expert feedback on how IAM risk emerges in enterprise environments.

This remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and requires independence, attention to detail, and hands-on IAM experience with RBAC and least privilege.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM or identity platform experience.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege workflows.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze complex access scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues and privilege escalation paths.
• Evaluate zero-trust models and access design decisions for risk.
• Generate security scenarios to train AI systems.
• Provide expert feedback to help AI learn IAM risk propagation.
