Job summary

Graphcore's Bristol Manufacturing Operations Graduate role supports silicon packaging and PCB assembly production while analyzing performance data and using test design to investigate issues. You will help improve quality, cost and delivery through data-driven decisions.

You'll collaborate with Product Test, Quality and Supply Chain teams across the UK, Taiwan and India, bringing fresh ideas and contributing to audits, process control and BOM management while learning from experienced engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Knowledge of semiconductor design and manufacturing principles for PCB assemblies and servers.
• Experience with Python, Linux, Bash and Git for data analysis and scripting.
• Ability to explain findings and support decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Support silicon packaging and PCB assembly production in Bristol.
• Analyse performance data and use test design to investigate hardware/software issues.
• Contribute to quality planning, audits and process control.
• Assist with component selection and bill of materials management.
