Private Equity Insights in London is seeking a Growth role candidate who thrives on solving real problems and owning outcomes from week one. You will join an entrepreneurial team building the world’s largest network for private equity investors.

You will sprint, learn to write copy that converts, map the investor landscape, target funds, and deploy AI to outperform a larger team. This is a full-time, in-person role with travel and a rapid learning curve.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results.
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting each fund into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and execute activities across channels.
• Write copy that persuades for emails, landing pages and posts, with AI support.
• Sprint, test, implement and measure the impact of experiments.
• Build scalable systems and AI workflows to make future wins easier.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including AI workflows or on-site event support.
