Job summary

SAP is seeking a graduate to join the AI Adoption and Consumption Office for EMEA, working with the core and leadership team to shape priorities, goals, and the strategic direction for AI Adoption KPIs. You will gain exposure to executive stakeholders and contribute to SAP’s AI strategy.

You will build communications, run workshops, deliver demos, coordinate logistics, and help align strategic initiatives across SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, informatics, CS, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to create executive presentations and reports.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build complex dashboards.
• Experience delivering high-impact initiatives at executive level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal/external topics with the EMEA AI Adoption Lead, including prequalification and escalation.

In this role, you will support the AI Adoption and Consumption Office for EMEA and work closely with the core and leadership team to help shape priorities, goals, and the strategic direction for AI Adoption KPIs. You will ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and act as a trusted contributor to key initiatives. This position offers strong exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to actively contribute to SAP’s AI Strategy.

What You´l Build

• Manage critical internal and external ad-hoc topics in close alignment with the EMEA AI Adoption Lead, including prequalification and resolution of unforeseen topics and escalations.
• Support the preparation of executive-level communications for customer, internal, and external meetings by gathering background information, shaping clear storylines, and preparing high-quality pre-reads.
• Ensure proper follow-through on strategic alignments by documenting decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks, and tracking execution and completion.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across SAP.
• Deliver AI demos and run workshops, create videos, arrange and coordinate logistics for enablement and other go-to-market adoption events.
• Lead / Support on weekly Steercos with executive stakeholders.
• Monthly AI Reporting dashboard updates.
• Creating AI Status reports across all markets in EMEA.
• Working in high demand professional environment and a hoc reporting requests.
• Maintain professional composure and highest integrity at all times.

What You´ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Informatics, Business Management, or Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong skills in creating executive presentations via PowerPoint.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.
• Understanding of the Business AI Portfolio, with the ability to deliver demos and run workshops and enablement initiatives.
• Proven experience driving high-impact initiatives at executive or C-level, with strong strategy and transformation capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• International mindset with experience working in multicultural environments; excellent English communication skills are required; German and additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP internal processes and high proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for analysis and executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to multitask across multiple topics, delegate effectively, and engage a broad set of stakeholders to achieve results.
