Job summary

SAP is seeking a graduate to join the AI Adoption and Consumption Office for EMEA, working with the core and leadership team to shape priorities, goals, and the strategic direction for AI Adoption KPIs. You will gain exposure to executive stakeholders and contribute to SAP’s AI strategy.

You will build communications, run workshops, deliver demos, coordinate logistics, and help align strategic initiatives across SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, informatics, CS, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to create executive presentations and reports.
• Strong Excel skills; able to build complex dashboards.
• Experience delivering high-impact initiatives at executive level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal/external topics with the EMEA AI Adoption Lead, including prequalification and escalation.
• Prepare executive-level communications and high-quality pre-reads.
• Document decisions, action items and follow-up tasks; track execution.
• Build strong relationships with SAP stakeholders and enablement teams.
