Job summary

Kubrick Group is seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to join our Data & AI Governance capability. The role blends client-facing delivery with thought leadership and internal development, helping shape Kubrick’s governance proposition.

You will lead governance initiatives, define strategic roadmaps, and guide tooling rollout while ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards. A strong consulting background and stakeholder facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in AI Governance directly, or exposure to AI Governance concepts.
Consulting experience totaling 5+ years preferred.
Strong ability to design operating models and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead AI governance, Responsible & Ethical AI and maturity workstreams for clients.
Define enterprise frameworks covering AI, automation, ownership, policy and standards.
Support tooling configuration, implementation and enablement.
Develop strategies, processes and documentation structures.
Map data flows and identify parent/child processes.
Develop AI Governance playbooks and advise on strategies and controls.
Lead internal squads and coach junior team members.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into governance initiatives.
Contribute to internal growth with playbooks, templates and IP.
Participate in pre-sales efforts and propose client value.
